Traditional Uses:A revered fungus used in Asian societies for thousands of years, Reishi is one of the oldest symbols of well-being and longevity. The reishi mushroom has a rather bitter, woody taste which is why it is traditionally prepared in a tea or as an extract or blended into smoothies.

Reishi mushrooms have traditionally been used in Chinese medicine for its immune enhancing abilities, anti-bacterial and anti-viral attributes. Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to strengthen heart-qi, relieve coughing, and dissolve phlegm.

Other traditionally Chinese uses are said to be relieving fatigue and sleeplessness, supporting general health and wellbeing, maintaining healthy immune system function, and reducing free radicals formed in the body.

Small items are sent without tracking.
